eBikeXL Trading B.V. is a Dutch trading company specialising in electric bicycles, parts and accessories. We are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) for both wholesale and retail trade, and hold official dealerships with several A-brands in the e-bike industry.

This page is intended for suppliers, manufacturers, importers and wholesalers who wish to verify who they are dealing with.

How we operate in the market

• Trading company. As reflected in our name, eBikeXL Trading B.V., international trade, import and export are at the core of what we do.
• Wholesale and resale. We are registered as a wholesaler and sell on to business customers and fellow companies.
• Physical shops and showroom. Our own showroom in Nieuw-Vennep with fixed opening hours, where customers see and take products in person.
• Own webshop with strong reach, domestic and international. Through ebikexl.nl we sell directly to end customers, with significant online sales both within the Netherlands and abroad.
• Own logistics and distribution. We operate our own warehouse in Aalsmeer and an office in Amsterdam, and work structurally with couriers and postal and transport companies to deliver orders quickly and reliably.
• Own workshop. Maintenance, repair, damage repair and refurbishment, with a corresponding structural consumption of parts and consumables.
• Official dealerships. We are an authorised dealer of several A-brands in the e-bike industry.

• Electric bicycles, cargo bikes and folding bikes
• Batteries, motors, displays and drivetrain components
• Parts and workshop supplies
• Accessories, locks, racks, bags and lighting
• Maintenance and repair products
• Own brands and private labels, including OEM production for our own brand development
• Office supplies and everything for shops and workshops

Please note: we do not sell or purchase fat bikes.

What we ask from you for a first contact

To quickly assess whether a partnership is a fit, we would like to receive your dealer or wholesale terms, net tiered pricing, the minimum order quantity per item, lead times, and which items are held in stock. For hazardous substances and aerosols, we would also appreciate your guidelines on storage and shipping.
