Ja, elke elektrische fiets die wij verkopen wordt geleverd met volledige garantie. Nieuwe en demo modellen hebben 2 jaar garantie, tweedehands e-bikes met meer dan 3.000 km hebben 1 jaar garantie.

Wie kan ik contacteren als ik een probleem heb?

Ons serviceteam is altijd bereikbaar via e-mail of telefoon. Je bent ook welkom in onze winkel voor persoonlijke hulp.

Kan ik in termijnen betalen, zonder extra kosten?

Ja, wij bieden rentevrije betaalopties in termijnen aan. Je kunt deze betaalmethode eenvoudig kiezen tijdens het afrekenen.

Zijn alle prijzen inclusief of exclusief btw?

Nieuwe producten zijn altijd geprijsd inclusief btw. Voor tweedehands elektrische fietsen wordt geen BTW gerekend vanwege de BTW margeregeling.

Wordt de fiets gemonteerd geleverd?
