Absolutely fantastic experience with eBike XL! The team was incredibly helpful and attentive, and they even made sure to list all my remarks for their repair team to double-check after my test ride.

Great service, our bike broke down nearby in centrum, they were the only ones open on a Sunday!! Moreover they took the time to fix it right away, even though we didn’t have an appointment in advance, wow!! We will definitely come back to buy one of the e-bikes, very impressive range! Thank you to the repairmen and the boss who also helped and spoke with us during the quick fix - definitely recommend visiting and coming back for a great bike experience :)
